Q1. How do I order a Lenco Terminal (POS)?

To order a Lenco POS system you need to fill out and submit the POS request form. To get the process started ensure to fund your Lenco account or sign up if you don’t have one. Lenco offers multiple options to suit your business needs:

Option 1 – Buy Once (OUTRIGHT PURCHASE): For a one-time payment of ₦75,000, you can purchase the Lenco POS system outright. This means you own the terminal, with no transaction count requirements, and it cannot be withdrawn. The Merchant Service Charge (MSC) is 0.4%, capped at ₦300 for all transactions, and you enjoy instant settlement.

Option 2 – Lease Terminal (RECOMMENDED FOR MERCHANT COLLECTIONS): Choose this option by paying a caution fee of ₦20,000 (refundable deposit) and ₦1,500 for insurance. The MSC is 0.4%, capped at ₦300. To keep the terminal, you must meet minimum monthly transaction count and volume requirements. If not, the terminal may be withdrawn within 60 days.

Option 3 – PaySmallSmall (BUY BY WEEKLY INSTALMENT PAYMENT): This option requires a non-refundable caution fee of ₦20,000, weekly repayments of ₦2,000, and ₦1,500 for insurance. Like the outright purchase, the MSC is 0.4%, capped at ₦300, and offers instant settlement.

Q2. What Is The Warranty For The Lenco POS System?

The Lenco POS system is backed by a generous 1-year warranty. Should you encounter any issues with the device during this period, our team will promptly repair or replace it free of charge, ensuring your business runs smoothly.

Q3. What is the POS delivery time?

Expect to receive your Lenco POS order within a swift 2-3 business days, ensuring you can start accepting card payments without delay.
